Please ensure all items sent are template-base or have a long shelf life, with no near-term expiration dates, allowing us to select the most immaculate, pristine piece for your final masterpieces.
We recommend utilizing an insured, trackable courier—such as FedEx or UPS—with signature confirmation. Before shipping, we will conduct a professional interview to align with your product's exclusive narrative. The moment your pieces arrive safely, we will personally confirm receipt and instantly initiate our meticulous pre-production process.

Standard turnaround is 10-14 business days from the shoot date. For clients with tight launch deadlines, we offer priority turnaround (2–3 business days) at a supplemental rate. Turnaround times for large catalogs or projects requiring extensive A+ Content design may vary — we'll confirm a timeline before the shoot.

The number of delivered images depends on the package you select. The Atelier includes a curated set of hero and lifestyle images in a 1:1 square format. The Prestige adds 1:1 square format images along with additional lifestyle setups and cinematic A+ Content images. The Maison includes everything — 1:1 square format images, multiple environments, detailed close ups, cinematic A+ Content images, and a 360° spin video. Exact deliverables are finalized during your shot list approval before production begins.

You'll receive high-resolution JPEG and PNG files, optimised and sized for all major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Shopify, and Etsy. We can also provide TIFF files or platform-specific exports (e.g., Amazon's 2000px minimum, Shopify's 2048px standard) upon request. All files are delivered via a shared folder link.

Each package includes Two complimentary round of revisions to ensure your final images meet expectations. Should additional revisions be requested beyond the included round, they can be accommodated for a nominal additional fee.

Yes. All client products in our possession are covered under our studio's commercial general liability insurance during the period they are in our care. For particularly high-value items, we recommend clients arrange supplemental transit insurance for the shipping phase, which falls outside our studio coverage.
